Role Responsibilities
- Define strategic objectives and establish targets for our logistics and delivery framework, accommodating multi-channel distribution such as direct-to-consumer, owned retail, wholesale partnerships, and international growth.
- Create, sustain, and implement a long-term supply chain strategy that aligns with organizational growth goals and identifies continuous improvement opportunities, including enhancing customer experience through expedited delivery and optimizing distribution center networks.
- Research, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, including third-party logistics providers; negotiate advantageous contracts for ThirdLove.
- Transform logistics and customer experience by utilizing AI-driven insights and data analytics to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Set metrics, guidelines, and standards to assess operational effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement; analyze operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving operational efficiencies and achieving cost reductions.
- Offer leadership, training, and mentorship to the operations and customer service teams.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve a variety of complex business challenges through analytical thinking and sound business judgment, including warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service.
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in operations within the apparel, accessories, or soft goods sectors, ideally in both startup and growth-stage environments.
- Experience in formulating strategies and developing international supply chain frameworks, including vendor selection, qualification, and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated success in leading customer experience initiatives and implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Familiarity with AI transformation is advantageous.
- Extensive experience collaborating with eCommerce fulfillment third-party logistics providers.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to meeting customer and business needs.
