We are seeking an Office Assistant to provide essential support in our administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors to the office.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client interactions.
  • Manage incoming calls across multiple lines and direct them appropriately.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, coordinating with cleaning personnel.
  • Facilitate project and client coordination.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Draft and prepare memos, emails, letters, and reports, ensuring timely communication.
  • Manage office supply inventory and procurement.
  • Address questions and requests for information efficiently.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Safeguard confidential information diligently.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.

Qualifications

  • A Graduate Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Entry-level candidates or those with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess and enhance operational practices for improved efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly pay ranging from $17 to $20, based on qualifications.
  • Negotiable salary contingent on experience and skills.
