Sales Department Overview

The Sales team is the backbone of our organization, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers. As a team, we interact with various stakeholders, from executives to field-level engineers, to ensure that our customers' needs are met. We work closely with our internal teams, including Engineering, Construction, and Finance, to deliver exceptional results.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President, Hyperscale Sales, North America, to lead our sales efforts in the region. As the lead account owner for one of our largest hyperscale accounts, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives, site selection teams, and technical teams.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Construction, and Finance, to deliver exceptional results.

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited university or college.

  • 10-15 years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Experience in the data center industry, with a deep understanding of the technical and business aspects of the sector.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
