- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best possible prices and terms
- Manage and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes with other business functions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes and procedures
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in procurement or a related field
- Postsecondary diploma/degree in a related discipline, such as business, supply chain management, or logistics
- Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
