Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our experienced and knowledgeable sales and service team. As the primary business contact to our clients, you will be responsible for client satisfaction and will work closely with our team to ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow business relationships with prospective and established customers to generate business opportunities for our services and/or products.
  • Expand our customer base by frequently contacting current and potential customers to sell equipment and promote rentals and product support.
  • Maintain continuous knowledge of products and identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the product.
  • Effectively communicate all offerings to the customer and promote the company's services by establishing credibility and responsiveness in the assigned accounts.
