About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. As a key member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support and service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize our customer management system to effectively communicate and provide service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Create quotes for clients, selecting the most suitable vendors for their needs.
  • Process telephone requests and written correspondence, including cancellations, claims, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales Advisors to complete follow-up forms and ensure accurate and timely communication with clients.
  • Prepare and send timely communication to inform advisors of relevant information about their clients, such as large losses or changes in households.
  • Prepare Auto ID Cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, and Binders.
  • Obtain information requested by the company underwriter.
  • Remarket accounts as needed for renewals and book conversions.
  • Review policies for accuracy in rating, endorsement forms, discounts, and coverages.
  • Round-up accounts for additional lines of coverage or policy limits.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to customers, producers, and company personnel.
  • Collaborate with accounting to invoice all premium-bearing agency bill transactions.
  • Eliminate gaps in coverage, reducing E&O exposures.
  • Grow and develop talents and insurance knowledge in conjunction with The Ansay Way.
  • Continue professional development, staying current with industry changes and continuous training.
Requirements
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Best-in-class customer experience mindset.
  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license within three months of hire.
  • Impeccable, professional listening and communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, with the ability to learn all standard workflows and follow specific steps.
  • Ability to learn all technology platforms, including EPIC, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Docs, and Last Pass.
