Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TORP Group. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our community remains a great place to live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Oversee all new leases and renewals, ensuring compliance with Section 8 Project-Based requirements
  • Assist residents with questions and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Develop and implement resident activities and events to enhance the living experience
  • Oversee marketing outreach and promotional efforts to attract new residents
  • Perform unit inspections and ensure that all units meet our high standards
  • Handle late notices and evictions in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Follow up on recertifications and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed
  • Interview residents and conduct move-in/move-out inspections
  • Oversee maintenance staff, including work orders, move-ins/outs, and turnovers
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring that expenses are tracked and recorded accurately
  • Process payroll and maintain financial records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in property management, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word. MRI experience is a plus, and Section 8 Project-Based experience is required.
