Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on State Farm products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Marketing Skills: Ability to market products and services based on customer needs and interests.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present products and services to customers.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
