Job Title: Senior Liability Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Adjuster with a strong background in Liability and Property claims. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently, with the ability to investigate, analyze, and adjudicate claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and adjudicate a high-volume caseload of 6-10 claims per day, including liability and property claims.
  • Investigate claims thoroughly, including evaluating evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and reviewing related documentation.
  • Analyze liability and coverage issues based on policy language.
  • Identify and investigate red flags related to potential fraud or policy violations, referring to SIU when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, legal professionals, and internal teams to ensure claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team on complex claims or issues requiring special attention.
  • Handle claims related to repossessions, which are increasing in frequency.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Adjuster, with a background in Liability claims (Property experience is a plus).
  • SIU experience preferred, with a strong ability to identify red flags in claims.
  • Ability to read and interpret insurance policies, assess coverage, and apply policy terms to claims adjudication.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications (adjuster license) are a plus.
