As Regional Business Development Manager, you will oversee all sales and marketing activity within a defined geographic area or region. You will plan and implement our business plan within the region, working closely with the leadership team to understand our business strategies and implement them with customers and consumers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build the annual business plan for the region following global and national strategies
  • Lead a team in working towards important customer and consumer programs
  • Analyze important customer and consumer trends and develop action plans to address market opportunities
  • Achieve annual volume business plan goal and deliver in-store execution results

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience within Sales, Marketing, On Premise, or Distribution
  • Experience leading a team
  • Expertise in at least one of our core business pillars (Sales, On Premise, Distribution, or Marketing)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
  • Travel 40-50%
