Job Summary

Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Construction Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans, building relationships with construction dealers, manufacturers, and end-users, and driving new business development.

This is a remote position that requires extensive travel within the territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial credit, credit bureaus, and credit scores, as well as experience with financial contracts and concepts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $86,900 to $109,200, with opportunities for commission and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with construction dealers, manufacturers, and end-users
  • Drive new business development through prospecting, qualifying, and closing profitable business
  • Grow existing vendor programs throughout the territory

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the construction finance industry, preferably in sales
  • Leasing industry knowledge, preferably in the construction or industrial space
  • Customer service experience
