Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and business development activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SalesForce.com CRM tool
  • Experience selling or installing AV solutions

Working Conditions

  • General office and field sales environment
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed
