Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and business development activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SalesForce.com CRM tool
- Experience selling or installing AV solutions
Working Conditions
- General office and field sales environment
- Long-distance or air travel as needed
