At West Bend Mutual Insurance Co., we're seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and success in our assigned region. This role is responsible for managing assigned agencies, supporting internal and external sales efforts, and developing and promoting the sale of our product lines through independent insurance agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate profit and growth objectives
  • Train and support agencies in WB Connect and other sales tools
  • Communicate company changes and philosophies to agencies
  • Resolve agency matters and provide timely follow-up with agents
  • Develop and execute marketing special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Four years of marketing, communications, or public relations experience with knowledge of business-to-business marketing
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong team skills and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or a related field
