Job Summary

48forty Solutions is the leading provider of pallet management services in North America. We offer end-to-end solutions, from supply to retrieval, on-site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials. Our team is dedicated to making pallet management simple.

The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging new customer business, managing existing accounts, building relationships, and driving customer retention and growth. This role will require strong sales and account management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and represent the company at various events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage leads resulting in $8-$10M in new business sales annually
  • Develop and maintain a diverse and balanced pipeline with at least $20M in new growth opportunity
  • Manage existing customer accounts resulting in $20-$30M in business sales annually
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at the corporate level
  • Represent 48forty Solutions at various tradeshows and industry events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in regional B2B sales or national B2B sales
  • Experience in Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container industries preferred
  • Superior computer skills and MS Office experience required
