Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator

Nations Roof LLC, one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator to join their team. This full-time, salaried position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and pricing commercial roof projects, as well as negotiating contracts with clients. A strong understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance is essential.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 2-5 years of experience using Edge System and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. You should also be a motivated and self-starter with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Estimate and compile bids for commercial roof projects
- Make site visits to collect bidding information
- Obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors
- Review and prepare proposed project bids
- Participate in pre and post-review project meetings
