Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in selling audio-visual solutions to commercial companies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the A/V industry, a proven track record of driving sales growth in B2B markets, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and cultivating long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate the commercial market with advanced A/V solutions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial sector, focusing on industries such as corporate, education, healthcare, and government.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing training and support to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in the audio-visual (A/V) industry, with a strong focus on selling to commercial companies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level executives.
  • In-depth understanding of A/V technologies and solutions, including their application in commercial environments.
