About Our Bilingual Preschool Program">

We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our bilingual preschool team at Georgetown Hill Early School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our three- and four-year-old students.

Our bilingual preschool program is designed to enhance language skills in both Spanish and English. We believe in creating a supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow while preparing them for their next steps.

As a Lead Educator, you will supervise and support the physical, socio-emotional, and developmental needs of each child in the classroom. You will also foster effective communication with parents, colleagues, and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Supervise and support the physical, socio-emotional, and developmental needs of each child in the classroom.

  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that promotes socialization, exploration, and academic growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of MSDE 90hr Preschool Certification or CDA with the Preschool Endorsement.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in early childhood education.
  • Excellent understanding of child development principles and instructional strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of MSDE regulations.
  • Possess a warm, friendly, and cool-tempered demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely reliable in attendance and punctuality.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Team-oriented and willing to work collaboratively.
