Job Summary

As a Host/Hostess at Restaurant Associates, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets and directs guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handles customer service situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Supervises the activities of food-service associates in the dining room, ensuring proper customer service, food handling, and sanitation procedures are followed.
