Job Summary

Lucca Restaurant & Bar, a leading airport restaurant chain, is seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Boston Logan International Airport location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a high-performing team, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front of house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and health code compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery and minimize wait times.
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
