Key Responsibilities:


Maintain and elevate the quality of our capability, product/service, and industry web pages, while establishing efficient processes for content submission, review, and finalization that are both clear and optimized for search engines.

Additional tasks may involve supporting paid search initiatives and refining lead management processes.


This position will be integrated within our digital marketing team, which is part of our Center of Excellence.

Content Strategy Development:


Guide business, marketing, and communications teams on best practices and expectations for developing web content to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

Create training materials to facilitate understanding and compliance.


Collaborate with development and creative teams to establish standardized templates for web pages, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to design and SEO best practices.

Develop user-friendly templates to streamline content creation and review.


Review all proposed content for new or updated web pages to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment with our standards.

Work closely with colleagues to enhance content that does not meet our expectations.


Provide insights on our overall content strategy, including webpage structure, naming conventions, and content creation processes.

Create additional training materials as necessary.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


Establish consistent SEO practices for the development and enhancement of web content.


Advise teams on organic SEO best practices throughout the content creation process to improve visibility and broaden our reach.


Monitor and assess SEO performance using industry-standard tools to optimize landing pages for better search rankings.


Lead Management Processes:


Work with marketing teams to identify lead owners and ensure a smooth transition of leads from web pages.


Collaborate with various teams to streamline lead management processes to enhance conversion rates.


PPC Campaign Support:


Assist in planning and optimizing PPC campaigns for search engines.


Work with others to develop and refine ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment.

Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Track, report, and analyze web analytics and PPC campaign performance.

Qualifications:

Experience in leading or supporting web content management and optimization projects.

Proficiency in developing and editing web content.

Strong understanding of SEO and PPC best practices.

Excellent project management and process management skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
