Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Publications to lead our publication planning efforts and oversee the execution of scientific publications that fulfill strategic publication plans and scientific communications objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional publication teams to execute publication plans, incorporating input from key global stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement tactical execution of publication plans, meeting established timelines and budgets.
  • Review all publications to ensure quality and alignment with scientific communication platforms and supporting communications.
  • Partner with scientific communications leaders to ensure incorporation of scientific platform and medical objectives into publication strategy and tactics.
  • Provide managerial oversight to internal and external medical writers, ensuring high-quality and timely work products and adherence to publication policy and associated procedures.
  • Direct external vendors to effectively complete publication projects within specified timelines and ensure quality publication deliverables.
  • Address and resolve publications-related issues, ensuring project information in publication records and resourcing tools is accurate and up-to-date.
