Job Summary

Kinetics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining control of project documentation, develop and update planning and scheduling reports, and provide administrative support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining control of project documentation and ensuring timely distribution to all necessary parties.
  • Develop and update planning and scheduling reports, including labor performance reports.
  • Update and distribute meeting minutes to the project team.
  • Assist Project Engineers with material procurement and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Support other department personnel as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and ability to interface effectively with the project team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, team player, and strong communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, with familiarity with computerized accounting systems and software such as Primavera, estimating programs, MS Project, Access, and Excel.
  • 1+ years of related industry experience preferred.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in an office, satellite, or jobsite trailer setting, with periods of walking jobsites and extensive computer use.
