Project Delivery Partners is seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of planners to deliver large-scale CAPEX projects in the BioPharma industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of planners to deliver large-scale CAPEX projects
  • Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
  • Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules
  • Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in CAPEX projects with roles in planning/scheduling
  • Significant experience in schedule set up, baselining, monitoring, and controlling on large-scale projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk and change management
  • Advanced MS Excel and Primavera P6 skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
