Job Description: As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the scheduling and logistics of installations, and service calls for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the scheduling of installations, repairs, and maintenance services according to customer requirements and technician availability.

* Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times, provide service updates, and address any inquiries or concerns.

* Collaborate closely with field technicians to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to complete their assignments efficiently.

* Monitor job progress and address any issues or delays that may arise, implementing solutions to ensure timely completion.

* Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer information, job details, and technician notes.

* Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials and equipment required for installations and service activities.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or a related field is preferred.

* Proven experience (1-2 years) in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.

* Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite and scheduling software.

* Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

* Adaptability and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
