Job Summary

The General Superintendent will oversee the planning and coordination of Electrical installation for new construction multifamily projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Electrical installation projects, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and crew members to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, budget analysis, and quality control metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical installation or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
