Partner Solutions is seeking a dedicated Campus Safety Coordinator to enhance our team. This role is essential for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities.

The Campus Safety Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and addressing any unsafe conditions within our facilities and grounds, as well as preventing student loitering.

The individual in this position will respond to emergencies, including fire and security alarms, and will work to prevent theft and property damage while serving as a security presence at all events.

Key Responsibilities:
**Safety Oversight**

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety drills.
  • Monitor and uphold emergency protocols and safety standards.
  • Update and maintain safety and evacuation plans.
  • Provide first aid assistance as necessary.
  • Oversee student behavior in various areas of the facilities.
  • Discourage loitering and ensure a secure environment.
  • Offer escort services to ensure the safety of individuals on campus.
**Security Management**

  • Maintain security across all facilities, including parking areas.
  • Respond to alerts from security systems regarding facility safety.
  • Act as the primary contact for any incidents of theft or property loss.
  • Investigate and document security-related incidents.
  • Ensure security presence at events and activities.
  • Oversee safety at after-school functions.
**Administrative Duties**

  • Prepare detailed reports on safety and security incidents for management review.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into thefts and security breaches.
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
  • Collaborate with leadership on disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**

  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
  • Adherence to organizational policies is mandatory.
**Education & Experience**

  • A high school diploma is required; two to four years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is necessary.
  • Ability to respond effectively to various situations.
  • Willingness to learn and apply organizational policies.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
**Physical Requirements & Work Environment**
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, the individual must be able to meet the following physical demands:

  • Occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Stand and walk frequently throughout the day.
  • Adapt to varying weather conditions.
  • Work in a moderate noise environment.
