Entech Staffing Solutions is currently in search of a diligent and dependable Facility Maintenance Specialist to contribute to the upkeep of a local educational institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute routine cleaning operations, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Perform floor waxing and scrubbing
- Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies as necessary
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
- Arrange and dismantle spaces for events and meetings
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant department
- Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in custodial or maintenance roles is preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Capability to follow directions and work autonomously
- Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures
- Good physical endurance and ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
Compensation:
$16/hr
Work Hours:
2pm - 10pm
Team Contribution:
As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role within the Facilities team, collaborating with colleagues to uphold the cleanliness and safety of the campus.
