Position Overview:
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist II plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of campus facilities and surroundings. This position is vital for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and appealing environment for all campus users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks for buildings and outdoor areas.
  • Manage and organize supply storage areas, ensuring all cleaning materials are readily available.
  • Implement sanitization protocols across campus facilities to promote health and safety.
  • Conduct seasonal maintenance activities, including but not limited to floor care and furniture relocation.
  • Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of all assigned cleaning equipment.

Work Schedule:
Two shifts are available:
1. Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
2. Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.
