Regional Sales Manager

As we embark on a significant growth journey, we are seeking committed Regional Sales Leaders who are passionate about driving sales and fostering client relationships.

You will play a pivotal role at the store level, contributing to the success of multiple Walmart Wireless Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:
Exceed personal and location sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Effective Time Management:
Strategically allocate your time across various locations to enhance profitability.

Sales Metrics:
Master our sales framework and consistently achieve sales targets.

Collaborative Spirit:
Foster a team-oriented approach and a passion for sales.

Customer Engagement:
Ability to connect with customers and team members alike.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about product offerings to provide the best solutions to our clients.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
2-3 years of experience in retail or external sales (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador).

A proven history of sales success, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Personal vehicle and willingness to travel to various store locations during operational hours.
