Role Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance Auditor to join our team. This role will be based in a collaborative environment where you will conduct comprehensive audits across various functions to ensure adherence to our QMS and organizational policies.


Key Responsibilities:

The QMS Compliance Auditor will:

  • Execute audits across programs, processes, manufacturing sectors, and engineering labs to validate compliance with established standards.
  • Oversee the complete audit lifecycle, including planning, conducting, reporting, and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to address compliance-related issues and promote best practices.
  • Facilitate internal audits and coordinate external audit activities, ensuring timely execution and resolution of identified issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and audit readiness throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A relevant University Degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a related field, or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Certifications such as AATT Certified Quality Auditor, AS9100 Lead Auditor, or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality requirements and familiarity with defense regulations.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
