About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Alsym Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems: Design and implement quality control systems to identify and address non-conformances, track corrective actions, and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineers and scientists to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Documentation Control: Manage and maintain documentation control systems, including standard operating procedures, quality documents, and calibration records.
  • Calibration and Testing: Develop and implement calibration systems and conduct testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track quality metrics, including defect rates, yield, and other key performance indicators, to inform process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in implementing quality control systems and process improvements.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of quality control principles, process improvement methodologies, and documentation control systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
