Position Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our LED lighting products.   • You will lead a team of quality engineers and assembly personnel, developing and executing quality assurance strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Your collaboration with various departments will be key in driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering outstanding products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
  • Guide and mentor a team of quality engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
Quality Assurance Development:
  • Create and implement a robust quality assurance framework that meets industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Define quality policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify critical quality metrics and develop systems for monitoring and reporting product quality.
Quality Control and Enhancement:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive quality control measures, including inspection protocols and testing methodologies.

Supplier Quality Oversight:

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Qualifications:
