Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Guide and mentor a team of quality engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
- Create and implement a robust quality assurance framework that meets industry standards and customer expectations.
- Define quality policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Identify critical quality metrics and develop systems for monitoring and reporting product quality.
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality control measures, including inspection protocols and testing methodologies.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Work with procurement teams to assess and select suppliers based on their quality performance.
- Establish and monitor supplier quality requirements, conducting audits to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality concerns and promote continuous improvement.
- Engage with product development, manufacturing, and customer support teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide technical support to resolve quality-related challenges promptly.
- Promote a customer-focused approach to quality across the organization.
- Design and implement training programs for assembly personnel on quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality procedures and inspection records.

- Participate in quality audits and assist in implementing recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within the LED lighting sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience in managing quality teams.
- Expertise in quality control processes and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards applicable to LED lighting products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
