Job Summary

Pathlight Group is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Autism Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support services, you will work closely with families and children with autism to provide personalized support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide family-centered support to families with children with autism, including home visits, support planning, and resource connection.
  • Collaborate with funding sources to plan and coordinate support services, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families, staff, and community partners to promote community integration and support.
  • Manage data entry, family contracts, and budgets with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stay current with developments in the field through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with children and adults with autism and their families.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Cultural knowledge and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
