Job Title: Individual Support Specialist

Pathlight Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Individual Support Specialist to join our team. As an ISS, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and autism in expanding their skills, experiences, and opportunities related to community living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a personal relationship with the individual and understand their special interests, strengths, and learning needs.
  • Work under the supervision of the assigned specialist to provide support and guidance.
  • Be reliable and dependable in maintaining the agreed-upon schedule.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Two professional references.
  • Over 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Acceptable CORI and NBC Fingerprint.
Compensation:

$18.50 per hour for ISS 1 and $19.50 per hour for ISS 2.
