Support Specialist

Pathlight Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Individual Support Specialist to join our team. As an ISS, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and autism in expanding their skills, experiences, and opportunities related to community living.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a personal relationship with the individual and understand their special interests, strengths, and learning needs.
- Work under the supervision of the assigned specialist to provide support and guidance.
- Be reliable and dependable in maintaining the agreed-upon schedule.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- Two professional references.
- Over 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Acceptable CORI and NBC Fingerprint.
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.50-$19.50.
