Job Overview

At Powerhouse, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of commercial construction projects from estimate development to project closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Set and meet deadlines per the Scope of Work, guaranteeing customer satisfaction through clear and timely communication.
  • Resource Estimation: Provide accurate estimates for supplies, manpower, and resources, ensuring budgetary constraints are met.
  • Budget Management: Make timely budget projections, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Reporting: Create reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling, providing transparency to management.
  • Expectation Management: Communicate project goals to all personnel, documenting actual results and ensuring quality work.
  • Milestone Tracking: Track and report project milestones and tasks to management, ensuring timely completion.
  • Quality Control: Work with subcontractors and employees to ensure quality and timely work, adhering to company standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, ensuring timely and accurate documents, completion photos, and cost trackers.
  • Invoicing: Complete invoicing accurately and on time at project completion, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Plans and organizes tasks for project team members, issuing written and oral instructions, and assigning duties, ensuring exactness and accuracy.
  • Ensure Conformance: Ensure conformance to policies and procedures, guaranteeing adherence to company standards.
  • Performance Reviews: Completes performance reviews as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate feedback.
Education, Experience, and Training
  • Previous Project Management Experience: Requires previous experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a large customer interface environment.
  • Construction Environment: Experience in a construction environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • Background Check: Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
