Your Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and oversee project execution from initial estimates to final closeout.
- Project Oversight: Direct the organization, scheduling, implementation, and completion of multiple projects.
- Client Satisfaction: Establish and adhere to deadlines as per the Scope of Work, ensuring client satisfaction through timely, precise, and clear communication.
- Resource Assessment: Deliver accurate assessments for materials, labor, and resources.
- Financial Oversight: Provide timely budget forecasts while adhering to financial constraints.
- Progress Reporting: Generate reports detailing work progress, expenditures, and timelines.
- Expectation Management: Clearly communicate project objectives to all team members and document actual outcomes.
- Milestone Monitoring: Track and report on project milestones and tasks to management.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with subcontractors and team members to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, completion photographs, and cost tracking.
- Billing: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing upon project completion.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Organize and delegate tasks for project team members, providing both written and verbal instructions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations as required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles with significant customer interaction is preferred.
- Experience in a construction setting is advantageous.
- Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record check, background check, and drug screening.
