The Director of Project Management in Commercial Construction is responsible for steering a vital segment of POWERHOUSE's operations within a fast-paced and ever-changing landscape.
Primary Duties:
- Work collaboratively with fellow executives to formulate and uphold operational policies and procedures.
- Guarantee that team members comply with established guidelines and receive adequate training and support.
- Evaluate the potential impacts of decisions prior to execution.
- Ensure that all personnel are working towards unified goals.
- Recognize challenges and facilitate the development of effective solutions.
- Regularly create and oversee budgetary frameworks.
- Foster and sustain relationships with clients and senior management.
- Establish both short-term and long-term objectives for the organization.
- Effectively train, inspire, and retain talented staff.
- Monitor and revise financial forecasts as necessary.
- Execute additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
Leadership Responsibilities: Lead teams with a focus on diplomacy, conflict resolution, and effective people management.
Conduct and facilitate group discussions, supervising teams with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
