About the Role

We are seeking an experienced LPN with a strong commitment to patient-centered care to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide technical and theoretical knowledge to meet the needs of patients and families.

  • Deliver direct, age-specific care to patients based on medical orders and integrated plans of care
  • Safely administer prescribed medications, identifying potential interactions or incompatibilities
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to prevent illness and injury, maintain wellness, and provide comfort
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • LPN licensure in Virginia or eligibility for licensure
  • AHA BLS certification or equivalent
  • Graduation from a Board of Nursing-approved School of Practical Nursing
