About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships in a collaborative selling environment
  • Sell and engage customers in value-added activities
  • Leverage internal resources to support top-priority accounts and new business development
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Foster customer relationships through teamwork
  • Manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot issues related to order processing
  • Communicate with customers and collect accounts receivable as needed
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, often in varying weather conditions.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the food service industry or culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and cold call to develop new business
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
