Job Description
  • Manage a Team: Lead a team of Service Specialists in a specific region, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Escalation Points: Identify and address potential escalation points within the region, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Vacation Coverage: Arrange vacation coverage for colleagues in the region, minimizing disruptions to our services.
  • Training and Onboarding: Assist in training and onboarding new Service Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve regional operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track regional performance metrics.
