Medical Office LPN Region C

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office LPN to join our team at Nuvance Health Med Practice CT. As a key member of our primary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our physicians and patients.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for medical exams, obtain vital signs, and collect medical data.
- Provide direct patient care, including vaccinations, medications, and wound care.
- Collect and analyze patient specimens as directed by physicians.
- Instruct patients on preventive care, medication management, and test preparation.
- Communicate with patients via phone to provide follow-up care and relay physician instructions.
- Perform organizational responsibilities to achieve practice goals and maintain quality improvement.
- Meet meaningful use requirements and fulfill compliance responsibilities.
- Maintain Nuvance Health values and demonstrate regular attendance.
- Basic medical knowledge and terminology.
- Computer skills and data entry experience.
- Skilled in obtaining accurate patient vitals and BLS certification.
- Vaccine administration and medication preparation experience.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Phlebotomy and EKG experience.
- Successful completion of medical scribing within probationary period.
This is a part-time position with a standard schedule of 24 hours per week. The work environment is generally pleasant, with some manual skills and medium to heavy effort required.
