Medical Office LPN Pulmonary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in Danbury, CT. As a Medical Office LPN Pulmonary, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our physicians and APRNs.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for medical exams by gathering necessary materials and supplies.
- Obtain patients' medical histories and vital signs, including medications and allergies.
- Provide direct patient care, including injections and specimen collection.
- Instruct patients on preventive care, medication management, and test preparation.
- Communicate with patients via phone to provide follow-up care and relay physician instructions.
- Perform organizational responsibilities to achieve our Practice's and WCMG's missions.
- Fulfill compliance responsibilities related to the position.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of starting.
- Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Basic medical knowledge and terminology.
- Computer skills and data entry.
- Skilled in obtaining accurate patient vitals.
- Vaccine administration and medication preparation.
- Minimum one year of experience.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Phlebotomy and EKG skills.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN Program.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts, 7:00am-7:00pm.
Salary Range: $ Hourly.
