Key Responsibilities:
The Patient Care Coordinator delivers essential customer support through phone and face-to-face interactions.

This role encompasses:
Managing incoming calls on the main line and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Scheduling appointments for the health center and offering basic information to patients.

Guiding patients to the correct services while serving as the front office representative.

Conducting patient intake and evaluations.

Facilitating check-out processes, collecting and documenting fees, and assisting with patient inquiries and appointments.

Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

Proficiency in computer applications is required; familiarity with Excel, Word, and EHR systems is preferred.

Experience in a medical or healthcare office environment is advantageous.

A valid Driver's License (from PA, MD, or DE) is necessary.
