About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service/Project Sales Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, CA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC installation or service and sales experience with a proven track record in project estimating.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new commercial HVAC projects, developing and maintaining relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
  • Create accurate project estimates, considering factors like materials, labor, and timelines.
  • Oversee HVAC service and installation projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns that arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on local HVAC market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service, with an additional 3 years in HVAC sales and project estimating.
  • Demonstrated stability in previous roles within the local San Francisco HVAC market.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems.
  • Proven sales ability, with a history of developing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
