Responsibilities

The Front Desk Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including managing front desk staff, handling guest complaints, and ensuring that all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of front desk experience. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred. You must also have proficient knowledge of MS Office software programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Work Environment

The work environment for this role is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and use your hands to handle and feel objects. You must also be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. You may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.
