AABP, LLP is a well-established medical group in Brooklyn, N.Y., seeking part-time Medical Receptionists to provide exceptional patient support.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing full office receptionist and administrative support, assisting patients or family members with completion of medical insurance forms, verifying medical coverage, and submitting clinical documentation to insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure seamless patient care.
- Verify medical coverage and submit clinical documentation to insurance carriers.
- Schedule patients for office visits and procedures.
- Coordinate and organize appointments, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
- Send out clinical information to referring MDs and insurance companies.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
