Law Office Support Specialist

Job Overview: As a Law Office Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our law office.
Main Duties:
- Assist attorneys with preparing and editing legal documents, including court filings and correspondence
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed
- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a legal secretarial or paralegal role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
