Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Assistant II to join our team at St. Joseph Health. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support to our patients and staff, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and cost-efficient patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in transporting, transferring, and lifting patients as delegated by the RN.
  • Perform cleaning functions in patient care units as delegated.
  • Conduct selected diagnostic tests as required.
  • Support the delivery of patient care by performing routine tasks as delegated.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1 year of previous patient care experience required.
  • BLS certification required.
