As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the physician or mid-level provider in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans, as well as coordinating care with other services and outside healthcare providers. You will serve as a liaison between the physician, mid-level provider, and other healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania, and knowledge of regulatory requirements for third-party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Shield. Additionally, you will need to have CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire. Previous office experience and familiarity with Microsoft applications are preferred.
